Baker Tilly provides accounting expertise to supplement and support your business through fully or partially outsourced service in the long term or in the short term, at a particular time of the year. We perform services to all forms variuos size Lithuanian and foreign capital companies.

Accounting is performed with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Microsoft Navision Financials) software. The clients have the possibility to get internet access to connect to their database. If client requests we have the experience and are ready to work with other software provided by the clients (i.e. SAP ERP, NAV, etc.).

Statutory Accounting

• Accounting and book-keeping in  accordance with the Business Accounting Standards (BAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• We perform full scope of accounting services from source accounting documentation  preparation and recording to finalisation of statutory financial statements.
• We provide periodic management accounting reports.
• We represent client’s interests at local state authorities  (Centre of Registers, Tax Inspectorate,  SoDra, Customs kt.).
• We develop accounting policy and standard operating procedures.

• We perform payroll calculations provide social security and personal income tax statements,  manage and administer personnel documentation. Salary payment data can be exported into the banking system with the use of LITAS-ESIS software.

• We support foreign entities registered in Lithuania as taxpayers or VAT payers to keep their accounting records for tax purposes.
• We perform accounting services for the purpose of VAT, profit and personal income taxes and social security contributions and other taxes. We prepare and submit tax declarations to the appropriate authorities.
